Popular doesn’t make wrong right

A short post on horse racing - Melbourne Cup

Our actions have the ability to change the world.  We can choose to follow the crowd and the world remains  on the path it is currently taking. Or we can choose to think about our actions and what they say about our values, who we value and what example we are setting for our children and base our actions on that.  But either way just “because everyone else is doing it” was never a good enough excuse to our parents so why should it be a good enough excuse to ourselves and to our kids.

Choose to stand out from the crowd – do what is right not what is popular.
